Fortis crew members are Mine Safety and Health Administration trained, OSHA 10 and 40, Confined Space Certified, eRailSafe, TWIC Certified, HAZWOPER, Roadway Worker Trained, Crane NCCCO certified operators, and HAZMAT licensed drivers.

With a new emphasis on abandoned mine lands by the Federal Government, Fortis has partnered with the United Mine Workers of America to help provide employment to America’s displaced coal miners while providing highly qualified personnel on our projects.
