Background
Fortis Construction crews completed the protective cover ballast placement for Republic Services. The project required the sourcing and placement of specialized ballast material along with geomembrane modifications and stormwater management improvements. Low ground force hauling equipment was required to ensure minimal impact to the geomembrane liner.
