Bo Wigley
President
Bo has 22 years of construction and project management experience with projects across the Southeast United States. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University with his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of Construction & Land Development.
Noble Gideon
Vice President
Noble is a fourth-generation railroader with hands-on experience in track maintenance and project management. He began at Union Pacific operating a ballast regulator and Jackson 6700 tamper, later becoming a foreman focused on preventing service interruptions across the Union Pacific’s Southern region, and then Engineer in Charge overseeing siding extension projects from planning to completion. He has managed industrial track revitalization projects in the Mid-South with budgets of $1,000–$1.2 million. Noble is a certified Track Inspector (FRA 213.7 A–D) and has completed On-Track Safety training with NS, NRSS, CSX, and CN.
David Price
Regional Civil Superintendent
David came to Fortis with over 40 years in the Construction field leading numerous projects across the US, Asia, Africa, South America and the Middle East. He specializes in Heavy Civil Construction including Land Clearing, Grading, Utility Construction, bridges along with mining and water purification. He is also well known in the industry as he served 6 years on WCU Board of Directors Construction Management Institute along with being a 3 year member of the North Carolina State Construction Board Served and lastly a 6 year member of the Joint AIA/Carolinas AGC Board.
